Dell printer corresponds to document management services
The new service provides unified access to popular cloud-based document management platforms. Users can use the Dell Document Hub via single-sign-on multiple cloud platforms simultaneously to create content to share and print, which is to simplify the management of cloud documents significantly. Connected platforms include Box, Dropbox, Google Drive , Microsoft SkyDrive, and Microsoft SharePoint Online. The Hub can be accessed through an app on devices running the Windows 8, Windows 8.1, and Windows RT operating systems. In addition, the service can be used directly from the new multifunction color printer C2665dnf.
With the new C2665dnf multifunction color printer, Dell claims to be launching the first model in its class with smart document capture technology. Users can use it to convert scanned documents via Cloud OCR into editable files. The new printer is compatible with numerous operating systems and provides direct access to the Dell Document Hub. It is also NFC-enabled and supports Dell’s Mobile Print app for Android, AirPrint and Google Cloud Print Direct, which should enable mobile printing across multiple devices.
The Dell Document Hub ensures data transfer through the use of state-of-the-art standards and encryption techniques. In addition, the settings are personalized. Dell also warrants that the data center in which the Service operates complies with generally accepted security requirements.
